How we organize our service area

Our service area is built around real roads. I-95, US-1 and A1A run the coast, SR-207 reaches Hastings and Palatka, and SR-16 connects St. Augustine to Clay County over the St. Johns River at Green Cove Springs. Places close to those corridors are the quickest for us to reach.

Each county page below explains what is different about that county's homes, weather and permit offices. Each community page goes further into the local housing and water risks. We do not claim to know a place we have not researched, and drive times are road times, not promises.

Pick your county first if you are unsure. Mail addresses mislead around here: Nocatee homes get Ponte Vedra addresses, and parts of Nocatee sit in Duval County, so the right permit office depends on the parcel, not the postmark. Beach towns on Anastasia Island and Vilano Beach face salt and surge, while inland communities such as World Golf Village and Hastings see more plumbing losses and rain on flat ground.

Putnam County
